We’re very excited to share with you all the start of another new project to improve our Thomasian heritage experience! Today marks the start of installation of a programmable LED track lighting system for the UST Museum and Main Building lobby.
With this innovation, lighting at the Main Gallery as well as the lobby can be controlled remotely, using one system. This will significantly reduce the need for scaffold installation and working at heights for the staff, and greatly mitigate risk to the artifacts and artworks in these areas. Exhibition and task lighting can be set up much more quickly and efficiently.
Here’s to a brighter and even more innovative year ahead!
